In connection with your application for work with us, we require your consent for us to collect, store, and use the following categories of personal information about you:
- The information provided on our application form, including name, title, address, telephone number, personal email address, date of birth (including place and country of birth), nationality, gender, employment history, qualifications, marital status, next of kin contact information, national insurance number, copy of your driving license, Recruitment information (including copies of right to work documentation, references), photographs, social media profile details (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter etc.).
- The information provided to us in your curriculum vitae such as details of your qualifications/training, skills, experience and employment history. Including copies of any relevant Certificates for qualifications or training will need to be provided as part of the application process.
- Any information you provide to us during an interview.

We use an external recruitment system operated by CrewSmart to process applications. Your personal details as entered by you will be stored on this system. We carry out due diligence on all of our third-party suppliers to ensure they process data in compliance with data protection legislation.
We may sometimes collect additional information from third parties including former employers or other background check agencies such as Mayflower Disclosure Services Ltd.
